In this article we will go over several possible scenarios where you payment might not have gone through and what you can check for to confirm.
Typically, when a payment does not go through it’s related to the following:
- There was an issue regarding communication between your Zelcore wallet and the Flux network. (Most Common)
- The wallet address was somehow edited after being auto-populated by Zelcore and the money was never sent correctly.
An issue with Zelcore and the Flux network
Anytime you have a dependency from a web request to local software, sometimes the communication between the two needs to be reset. If you’re having an issues with opening up your Zelcore wallet and having it authenticate and sign for the WordPress website, please try the following.
- Logout of Zelcore and log back in again, restart the WordPress deployment process.
- Make sure to double check the wallet address you’re sending to, otherwise your Flux might be sent to someone else and won’t be recoverable.
- When authenticating with Zelcore, read all of the screens you’re authorizing and know what the result will be. Sometimes the Zelcore pin can pop up, signing for a signature, logging in, etc. It’s important to make sure you understand the process.
If your Dapp still shows that it’s Pending Payment, you can click on the trashcan icon on the right of the Dapps listing page and remove the pending deployment. This will not cost you anything and will allow you to start over if you like.
After the Dapp is removed, you will not see that pending deployment.
